*Deep Delta Sleep requires headphones or hi fi speakers to hear the heart beat.

This is the full 1 Hr deep meditative trypnaural brainwave entrainment session designed to give you the feeling of being nurtured within the inner womb — the most soothing, still and restful experience you will ever have.
This unique track features the sound of a pregnant mother’s heartbeat at 50 -60BPM which is what you would hear as a baby in your mother’s womb and has been scientifically proven to create the perfect ambience for deep delta R.E.M sleep.
Problems such as hypertension, chronic disease, weight gain and depression are linked to lack of sleep. So getting a good nights sleep is essential for your longterm health and well being.
This perfect for curing insomnia, and also works very well for restless babies and children too.
You will need headphones to hear the heart beat and feel its resonance. For general entrainment to a deep delta level headphones are not required as the entrainment is engineered through a special technology known as Trypnaural.
This is a 40 Minute deep delta brainwave entrainment track fused with Trypnaural isochronic tones, designed to take you from beta through to theta then delta over the course of the session.
There are several stages in the sleep cycle which repeat throughout the night. As we drift off to sleep our brainwaves begin to slow down into what is known as alpha waves. This is a gently relaxed state, similar to the state you are in when you drift off in your thoughts and are ‘miles away’. It is also the state that you are in during meditation.
There are various stages in the human sleep cycle that are repeated through the night when you sleep. When you are in a relaxed state just before you drift off to sleep your brainwaves slow down and produce alpha wave patterns. This is also the state associated with meditation.
Normally if you are relaxed and have not drunk any stimulants like coffee you will drift into a relaxed alpha state which quickly slows into a theta brainwave state, until you reach the deepest stage of sleep where you produce delta waves.
You need to reach the delta brainwave level if you want to wake up feeling refreshed and recharged. The whole cycle from alpha wave, to theta then delta waves is important for your health and wellbeing.
Brainwave entrainment was first identified in 1934, although its effects had been noted as early as Ptolemy from Ancient Greece.
The first type of brainwave entrainment technology developed into products is known as ‘binaural beats’. These require a fairly long session time to be effective and also you must wear headphones for it to work. They are a form of entrainment that is very outdated and now replaced by the far superior ‘isochronic tones.’
In 1981, Arturo Manns published a study showing the effectiveness of Isochronic Tones as a means of audio-based brainwave entrainment. This was later confirmed by others such as David Siever.
Studies continued into the 90′s with researchers such as Dr. Russell and Dr. Carter who explored the potential of using entrainment with ADD and learning disorders. Research has also been conducted into Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Hypertension, Insomnia and a number of other disorders.
The combination of isochronic tone brainwave technology and deep delta resonance soundscapes take your brainwaves from beta to alpha, theta then delta over the course of a 40 minute sequence. You may find that you drift off to sleep before this time and some of our users report falling to sleep in less than 10 minutes using this session.
